There is something magical that happens when a group of soul seekers come together. To me, this beautiful energy is part of the allure of holding dream talks and self-growth groups. I love being in the presence of delightful souls who are curious by nature and who are showing dedication, passion, and persistence on their own path of soul growth.
For that reason, most of my dream seminars, classes and workshops are held in honor of our soul growth, which I hope will ultimately also sprinkle some fairy dust and inspiration on our collective consciousness evolution all around.
No matter what type of dream talk I’m holding, whether it’s a talk about how we can learn to understand and love ourselves more by turning to our dreams, or it it’s a more general presentation on Jungian dream psychology, I always ensure there is passion, inspiration and a sense of connection in the talk – because I believe that is what dreams are all about. They are here to help us connect with our higher self, and to help us grow as we understand ourselves better, and learn to love ourselves with more compassion so that we can be there for others and serve the world with unconditional love.
To make the talks more personal, I bring in some of my own personal stories. I love sharing how working with my own dreams have helped me know myself on a higher level, and perhaps most of all helped me feel more connected to myself and my divine path. And a beautiful side effect of feeling more connected is resonating on a higher frequency of love and compassion!
I also love talking about some of the remarkable guidance I’ve received along the way – in both my dreams and daily life. Everything is connected. In my view, the events and experiences may differ between dreams and daily life, but there is no separation between the energy. If we dream of being chased by a monster, that energy is also present in our daily lives. The monster is likely an aspect of ourselves, but that being said, all dreams are unique, and we never know exactly what they mean. The best way to know them is to feel them.
The nature of a dream talk will naturally vary, depending not only on the type of audience, but of course even more so on the topic in question. Dream realms are vast, and there are so many interesting areas to study and explore. Personally I’m very interested in cultural dream traditions, and more specifically those of the Australian Aboriginals and the Iroquois American Indian tribe. I also love pondering on time and time travel, as well as astral dream travels – with visits to other realms and real encounters with other dreamers and spiritual guides.
When I design a dream talk, no matter what the topic and audience, I always ensure we cover three main areas, and they include:
- Self knowledge and self understanding. Our dreams can help us see hidden aspects of ourselves, and make it easier for us to understand unconscious emotional reactions.
- Connection with our higher self . When we connect with our heart, we connect with our higher self, which in turn helps us connect with the divine and the universal consciousness. When we feel connected, we feel energized, on purpose, and filled with love, compassion, joy and inspiration.
- Lucid Awareness & Visualization. When we live from our heart, and feel connected and aware, we flow with love and joy. We vibrate on a higher frequency filled with more light and love, and this is where we tap into our creative powers. Sad moments will still happen, but we easier transition through them. Working with our dreams in lucid awareness truly help us see how our thoughts have the power to instantly transform a dream situation. This also applies in our daily lives. With training we can train ourselves to become even more aware both in our dreams and daily life, and steer ourselves in the direction of our dreams – literally!
