How to feel happier – practice compassion!

One good thing about life experiences, whether good or bad, is how they so beautifully help us understand each other better. When we go through an experience, we begin to relate to people around us on a deeper level, and learn to see life situations from new perspectives.

For each experience, we develop true compassion for people who are going through similar life events, and this I believe is where the magic happens. Because it is when we feel compassion for someone, that we are brought out of our mind – and into our hearts, and this in turn invites us to connect with people around us on a deeper level, and it is through real connection that we feel happy!

There are 7 billion people on this planet, so chances are pretty high that there are other people who are experiencing a similar feeling, situation, or event as us right this minute!

By truly understanding and relating to more people, and really connecting with other souls, we no longer feel sad and lonely, but connected, loved and happy!
